Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Because we love you and that's that.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Since each piece is hand-embroidered in small batches, some items may take a little longer — we'll always let you know.

Do you ship internationally?

We're working on it! Currently we ship within the US. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping opens up.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

The Garments

What sizes do you carry?

The Kiddo cardigans are one-size (designed to fit most kids). The Chica is one-size oversized, designed to fit a range of adult bodies with a relaxed, slouchy feel. Check each product listing for specific measurements.

How do I care for my cardigan?

Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry. Treat it gently and it'll last forever. The embroidery is sturdy, but it appreciates a little TLC.

Are all the phrases the same on every cardigan?

The phrase is the same across a given style (e.g., all 'Buckle Up, Buttercup' cardigans have the same embroidery), but since each one is hand-stitched, there are tiny natural variations that make every piece unique.

Can I request a custom phrase?

We occasionally offer custom orders — reach out to hugs@myjennybear.com and let us know what you have in mind. We love a good phrase.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Because our pieces are hand-embroidered and limited edition, we're unable to offer exchanges on sold-out styles.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry! Email us at hugs@myjennybear.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right immediately.

Can I exchange for a different size?

If the style is still available in another size, we'd love to help. Email us and we'll sort it out.

About the Brand

Where is my JennyBear made?

Our cardigans are locally embroidered by hand. We're proud to keep production close to home.

Why are the collections limited edition?

Because we'd rather make less and make it right. Every piece takes time and care — and we're not interested in cutting corners just to sell more. When a style is gone, it's gone.
