Because these are a limited edition item, standard returns are tricky. BUT we want you to be in love with your piece so let's discuss. Size exchanges are not a problem.

Damaged Orders

Contact us within 7 days of receipt and be sure to snap a photo. We'll try our best to make it right.

Return Policy

All Sales Are (mostly) Final

Because each my JennyBear piece is thoughtfully made in limited quantities, we are unable to accept standard returns but are happy to review on a case by case basis and get it sorted.

Wrong size?

We really want you to love your sweater. Be sure and review our size chart and ask any questions before ordering. Both styles are oversized so it's a personal choice if you'd like the arms a little longer and the body a little roomier. Straight forward size exchanges within the same style can definitely be discussed.

Damaged, Defective & Lost Orders

Contact Us Within 7 Days

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is lost in transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of any damage.

Resolution

We will gladly replace your item if it is still in stock. If it is no longer available, we will issue a store credit or full refund.
