Domestic shipping is free! Expedited orders, if in stock, are always an option so let's discuss.

Returns are tricky, but not a no!

Because the sweaters are limited edition, the return process is a little more complicated but we will make it work on a case by case basis - please review sizing carefully!

Made with Care

While we have all of the sweaters in stock, some of the phrases you see are made to order. Pls allow 5-7 business days (MAX) for us to fulfill with selected embroidery from the collection.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We recommend shipping to a secure address. Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, my JennyBear is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

International Orders

For European and international orders, email hugs@myjennybear.com for custom invoicing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns

Returns are tricky (but not a no!) with custom items

Because each my JennyBear piece is thoughtfully made in limited quantities, standard returns are a bit more complex so please carefully review the size chart — both styles are loose fitting. We can assess and discuss on a case by case basis and are happy to work with you!

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will gladly replace it if still in stock — if not, we will issue a credit or refund.
